Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kerstin Schröder, Obere Pleitenstraße 2, 97297 Waldbüttelbrunn, Germany, phone: +49 1590 8498421, email: mail@ksfineart.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
-
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader;
-
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
-
for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
-
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if

you have expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
-
you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
-
the entrepreneur has provided you with a confirmation of the contract within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon provision of the digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, on a durable medium, which
-
contains the contract’s content, and
-
confirms that you expressly agreed to the commencement of the contract performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
