Inquiry & Consultation
Just send me a message via the contact form or email me at mail@ksfineart.de with your ideas. Together, we will clarify all questions and details – completely relaxed and without stress.

Confirmation & Deposit
Once everything is discussed, you will receive a binding confirmation. By paying a deposit of 30% of the purchase price, you secure your fixed spot on my order list.

Sketch & Feedback
When your drawing is up next, I will send you a first sketch. You can request changes at any time – only when you are fully satisfied, I will start the final work.

Execution & Progress Updates
If you want, I can send you progress photos during the work so you can follow the creation process.

Completion & Shipping
When the drawing is finished, you will get a preview. If everything is okay, the remaining amount is due and your original artwork will be securely packaged and sent to you.

Important:
If you decide not to purchase in the end, that’s no problem. I will keep the 30% deposit as a compensation for effort.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Drawings

How long does a drawing take?
It depends on my current workload and the complexity of the drawing. Usually, it takes between 2 and 6 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, please tell me right away when you inquire.

How much does a custom drawing cost?
The price depends on size, number of motifs, and drawing technique. You can check common prices in the price list. Other formats are of course possible – I’m happy to provide you with a non-binding offer.

What kind of motifs can I order?
I draw e.g.:

• Animals

• Portraits

• Scenes from fairy tales

• Fantasy motifs

• Personal custom motifs (e.g. car, motorcycle, house)

Just ask – almost anything is possible!

What if I don’t like the finished drawing?
No problem: you are not obliged to buy. I keep the 30% deposit as a compensation for effort. You only pay the rest if you really want the drawing.

Do I get the original or only a digital version?
You will always receive the original by mail. If you want, I can also send you a high-resolution digital version by email. Please note: the rights remain with me; you may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the image without permission.
