Payment and Shipping
The following terms apply:
Delivery of goods
Delivery of goods is made worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €3.00 per order.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge flat rate shipping fees for deliveries abroad as follows:

Provision of digital content: €0
For digital content (data created and provided in digital form), no shipping costs are charged.
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment is agreed, after the receipt of your payment).
Digital content will be provided to you via a link communicated by email.
The email containing access information for the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment is agreed, after receipt of your payment).
Digital content will be made available in your customer account.
Provision will be made within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment is agreed, after receipt of your payment).
You will also be informed about the provision by email.
Delivery times
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3 to 5 working days, and delivery abroad within 7 to 28 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment is agreed, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
